We believe as adults we need to be responsible for our own health & safety. If you do not feel comfortable being in a private home, without a mask, you are free to wear a mask. If you do not like crowds, than this may not be a sale for you. Everyone is welcome, but we will not be enforcing social distancing, or mandating mask.
We accept Cash, Checks, Debit & Credit cards, Larger Checks with proper identification, will be held, until cash is brought when item is picked up. Cash is the preferred option. All items marked at CASH price, Credit Card Fee (3.65%)will be charged on all Credit Card Transactions. .50 Cent Charge for Debit Cards with pin. All items sold as is, where is, with no refunds or exchanges. Please come prepared to carry you own items…or bring help with you when you come back to pick up your purchases 🙂 THANK YOU. ***

This sale may surprise y’all! Although it is a smaller/quaint house… it is full, Full, FULL! and the contents seem to be multiplying!

PLEASE! No Large/Bulky Bags, space is very limited.

If you have “Skinny Jeans” please wear them, we need to make all the room we can. THNAK YOU!!!

Parking, as noted earlier is available on Greenbriar Rd and Sycamore Avenue, next to Chevron Station. Please do NOT park on St. Hwy. 64. Also, for those who would find it difficult to walk past one house to/from Greenbriar, or past two house to/from Sycamore, they can be dropped off and picked up, using the circular drive in front of the Windsor Estate Sale.

We are sorry, but there is not room for costumer parking on the sale property. IF you have a handi-cap permit, and do not have someone to drop you off and pick you up, please call Victor: 903-216-6721 prior to arrival and we will try to accommodate.
