From ATHENS: Take Hwy 31 W to Trinidad (About 11 miles) Turn Right onto TX 274 North for 2.8 miles, Turn Right onto Joe Andrews Rd go 0.4, Turn Left onto Key Ranch Rd go 1.4, Turn Right onto E Key Ranch Rd go 0.2 then Left onto Goodknight Ranch Rd go 0.1.
PLEASE do NOT park in the cul-de-sac…either park to the right before the cul-de-sac, or make the circle in the cul-de-sac and park on the right after exiting the cul-de-sac. We will need the cul-de-sac area for people to have a place to turn around, drop off passengers, or to pick up purchases.
From TYLER: Take 31 WEST to Athens, then Loop 7 around Athens, then continue on Hwy 31 WEST as noted above…

WE HAVE HAD A MAJOR CHANGE IN THE SALE WE HAVE BEEN PREPARING IN TRINIDAD!

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF TWO ITEMS, EVERYTHING ELSE, INSIDE AND OUT HAVE BEEN PURCHASED BY THE NEW HOME OWNERS.

We have These TWO items for sale:

1: 2013 Yamaha SX190 Ski-Boat, 19′ 1″, Owner says it has about 100 hours of run time on it.
2: 2003 Yamaha Jet Ski, new engine abut a year ago, about 50 hours on new motor.

We will be meeting with potential buyers starting at 9 Am on Thursday the 30th. And sale will conclude when these two items have been sold. We have offers on each, so we will not be selling on Friday or Saturday. This sale will only be on Thursday, and only long enough to sell these two items.

JUST TO CONFIRM WITH YOU, WE (WINDSOR) WILL N O T BE OPEN ON WEDNESDAY AUGUST THE 29TH, NOR ON FRIDAY THE 31, NOR ON SATURDAY THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER.
